We flew from Bangkok to Amsterdam with a layover in Stockholm, the first flight got delayed, so we had about 30 minutes in between flights, where we were rushed through security. When we arrived in Amsterdam our luggage didn't turn up on the baggage carousel. People started murmuring their luggage was still in Stockholm, apparently they placed an airtag in their luggage. These people also had the same layover from what I understand. We ended up filing a missing bag report on paper at the airport with Aviapartner (together with another ~20 people), and filed it online as well. The report said they would most likely deliver it 48 hours after the flight. It has now been 8 days without a single update. Worldtracer shows its still tracing the luggage. We called aviapartner, were on hold for 3 hours and didn't speak to a single person, SAS is unavailable as well and Schiphol airport says they can't do anything. I'm getting pretty worried, and I'm missing essentials I really need (sports equipment, clothing etc, they won't reimburse you if its a flight back home apparently. Does anybody have information or tips? Honestly any help or info is hugely appreciated.

Sorry you're experiencing baggage issues. It's always worse on the way back home because the airlines don't feel as responsible. Even though they sub-contract services to third parties, they don't seem to fully understand that they own the main contract and should be advocating on behalf of the passenger.
I am sure you're going to get lots of different advice and Your Mileage May Vary, but this is what worked for me that last time Tap Portugal lost my bags during a connecting flight.
Based on what you have written, I would start from the top and skip over the airlines.
You basically need to get hold of Aviapartner. That's the quickest way. You want to give you the phone number of the airport handling agents in Bangkok and Stockholm so you can call and ask them directly. Ask them to check around and be willing to stay on the phone whilst they search. If reaching out to them doesn't work, then go to Schipol and ask to look around. If they say no, I would just buy a refundable ticket to get airside, and then go and ask at baggage services in the baggage claim area.
My last lost luggage experience was LIS-OPO-ARN last year. I saw my luggage get taken off the plane in Porto, so I was shocked when it didn't arrive in Stockholm. Spent three days arguing with TAP and the general number they provided for baggage tracing. Finally asked for the local baggage handling number for Porto airport. Called them, spent 10 minutes on the phone, bag magically "found" and was subsequentlly delivered the next evening.
In any case, I hope you are reunited with your bag soon.
