While the mandatory early departure was a buzz kill, and the 6 hours in the seaplane terminal lounge was a bore, it wasn't that bad. 1 week post trip, I would say it was annoying, but didn't completely ruin the entire trip. I was departing on QR first class, so the champagine and caviar softened the blow of returning to the real world.
535 is the only St Regis OWV on the sunset side, I would say it's one of the best, if not the best, villa at the STR. It's definitely the most requested one by those in the know, good for you and glad you enjoyed your trip despite the early departure.
