Question SAS lost my luggage and is uncontactable

I'm not sure if I am posting this in the right forum, let me know if I have to post it somewhere else

We flew from Bangkok to Amsterdam with a layover in Stockholm, the first flight got delayed, so we had about 30 minutes in between flights, where we were rushed through security. When we arrived in Amsterdam our luggage didn't turn up on the baggage carousel. People started murmuring their luggage was still in Stockholm, apparently they placed an airtag in their luggage. These people also had the same layover from what I understand. We ended up filing a missing bag report on paper at the airport with Aviapartner (together with another ~20 people), and filed it online as well. The report said they would most likely deliver it 48 hours after the flight. It has now been 8 days without a single update. Worldtracer shows its still tracing the luggage. We called aviapartner, were on hold for 3 hours and didn't speak to a single person, SAS is unavailable as well and Schiphol airport says they can't do anything. I'm getting pretty worried, and I'm missing essentials I really need (sports equipment, clothing etc, they won't reimburse you if its a flight back home apparently. Does anybody have information or tips? Honestly any help or info is hugely appreciated.

Flight Info:

TG 960 / 21 AUG Thai airways SK 1553 / 21 AUG SAS

BKK Bangkok / ARN Stockholm / AMS schiphol
