Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem would be appreciated. You First pased this over to the appropriate section but apart from a generic e-mail with solutions, non of which worked followed by a lengthy call with India who went through the same procedures to no avail, I am no further ahead. I am keen to resolve this before I head off abroad early next week as I still cannot update my new passport.
