I have to second the recommendation for The Anaheim WHite House. Burno runs a top notch restaurant there. Another good choice would be Mr. Stox on Katella. They opffer nice cuisine and an impressive wine list.
Concur on The Anaheim White House and Mr. Stox. Both great places.

Another option if you want to stay on Disney property is the somewhat hidden and often overlooked Granville's Steakhouse at the Disneyland Hotel. Just had dinner there the other night and it's a very nice casual yet fine dining experience. Don't let the outside scare you. It's very nice inside.
