If the title of this thread was a bit more specific mentioning "near NYC" - I would guess the OP would get the information they wanted.

Best hotel for hiking Ive found: Ion in Iceland. OP will have to figure out how to take a train there... perhaps Elon's ego will bore a tunnel eventually making that possible via tram.
