I transferred Amex miles to Etihad and booked a flight using Etihad miles on Jet Blue Mint from JFK - LAX. I have double and triple checked the reservation details on Etihad. My flight is all confirmed on Etihad's app and website, PNR for both of us and ticket numbers for both of us, but when I try to pull up the booking on Jet Blue, B6 says that the birthdate doesn't match. It does. It is entered correctly in Etihad for both of us.

What do I do to get my B6 PNR? Why is Jet Blue saying the DOB doesn't match? I'm getting a little worried - we are flying in October which is coming up quickly.
