2 nights would be a lot better. That itinerary is packed and pretty far apart from each other. You might be better served skipping Spaland and the UN Cemetery. Also, suggest to replace Beomeosa with the Haedong Younggungsa (해동용궁사) seaside temple. I find Beomeosa not worth the effort to go to.

Would I be better off at the Lotte Hotel as it's roughly $150 USD/ night, and located in Seomyan which seems to be very centrally located? As I'm going in November, should I just skip Haeundae beach? Thanks!
