Debating between Park Hyatt, Signiel, or Paradise. Leaning toward the Paradise as it's about $210 USD/ night including tax with AMEX FHR vs. $280 at Signiel with AMEX FHR and $425 at PH with breakfast but no FHR benefits. Thoughts?
Also, if I'm on a bit of a time crunch during my Korea trip, and I want to see basic sights (i.e. Jagaichi Fish Market, Gamcheon Cultural Village, Haeundae beach, Beomeo-sa- temple, and possibly a visit to Spa Land and the UN cemetery) is 1 night enough (i.e. arrive in the morning by train from Seoul and depart the next day in the afternoon/ evening) or do I really need 2 nights?
Paradise is probably the best choice for you to immediately scratch Haeundae beach off your bucket list.
2 nights would be a lot better. That itinerary is packed and pretty far apart from each other. You might be better served skipping Spaland and the UN Cemetery. Also, suggest to replace Beomeosa with the Haedong Younggungsa (해동용궁사) seaside temple. I find Beomeosa not worth the effort to go to.
