Does anyone have experience using Zyppy, the luggage forwarding service between places in Italy? It appears there is a discounted version offered in conjunction with Trenitalia as well as a standalone service.

I have an upcoming trip involving Lake Como, the Dolomites, and Milan, each with varying packing needs (business/black tie, hiking/casual), so will not be traveling light. If sending the bags ahead is a realistic option, this makes taking the train far more appealing.
