The usual service flow — hot towel, nuts with beverage of choice, dinner tray with drink re-fill, another drink offer when collecting tray.

I had pre-ordered a beef dish which I assumed would be the forever short rib and mac (which I like) but it turned out to be a much sturdier piece of beef along with some creamy mashed potatoes (possibly polenta but pretty sure it was MP) that seems to have had some cheese or something mixed in that gave it extra flavor and a thick gooey texture. Very tasty especially with the leftover jus! Dry dessert cake, not so much.
