Surely LH has got to find a way to stop this nonsense of sub-brands. It’s going to get to the point where you book LH but never get on an aircraft operated by LH unless you’re flying to JFK or similar.

How does it compare to the competition? AF have Hop! or whatever it’s called, and BA have Cityflier at LCY, and I believe LGW crew is a separate entity??… But do they at least give the impression that their product is more unified than LHG?
