Best guess is the 21 787-10s given their lower range compared to the IGW 787-10s that will have an additional ~430 nm of range.
Except they have refurbished 767s that are older and doing cabin refreshes on 757s that are older or just as old. So the age issue doesn’t add up.

Only benefit is the maintenance commonality between those engines and the 77W engines. The 21 787-10s would be the best long-term option. To make them HD, taking out PP and replacing it with four rows of E and removing the galley at D3 would add two more seats of middle seats. So seat count would still be a little low for HD at 339 but that's a far better replacement than anything else discussed. And Polaris remains as is. Given where the 77HD flies, a bump out from 28/32 seats upfront to 44 would be most welcome.
Where is this “they’re in better shape” myth coming from? They’re all pretty much the same age.
