You need to inform them that there is NO ticket desk at DUB that handles British Airways flights ... and that they need to deal with ticketing!

The friendly staff member at the BA check in desk phoned up the London ticket office and the London staff member amended my ticket yesterday afternoon ... which was a bit of a waste of everybody's time - since I had phoned up BAEC an hour previously!!
I'm very amused, mainly because there is no BA ticket desk at virtually every airport they fly to.

Not even domestic stations like GLA have a ticket desk.

Sounds like Laura from the Executive Club wanted to get you off the phone so she could go home and chill
