Good: PointStretcher, somewhat conscientious staff, breakfast buffet, great Rocky Mountains views from upper floors, complimentary shuttle over immense distance to/from DIA.
Bad: Dated decor; depressing hallways; the only non-smoking floor is the third of 12 floors; no Diamond amenity in room (not even water); sometimes goofy staff (call re lack of amenity issue at 1:30 a.m.; restitution later made by hotel); limited hours for downtown shuttle.
