Yes having the exact same issue now. Jal shows only PE available, with a connection on AA domestic in economy. JAL availability at least is real (checked JAL directly). Agent on chat saw the flights come up but also ran into the “not available” error when attempting to book. For every day checked. Suggested trying later. Is it normal for even agents to be shown phantom inventory?
I didn't think agents saw phantom seats, but I had the same results. I tried for four different dates, all direct flights. So frustrating!
