The person(s) who designed the Axis Bank systems and workflows deserves at least 3 Noble prizes. Everyday they find a new way to astound you.

Also, I would avoid Axis for forex transactions because they even charge forex on refunds/cancellations etc. that Citi never did. They're the chindiest bank... Of course now with Olympuis all that nonsense might have already been introduced.
