Earlier this year, I was enjoying a beverage in the lounge at New Delhi Airport. Then came an announcement for me to go to lounge reception. Informed me that there was an issue with one of my checked bags. Was asked to go downstairs to information desk where someone will meet me. Was then taken to security area where I had to open my suitcase.

They informed me that I cannot have a lighter in suitcase. It was disposed.
