I think SNUs are the biggest strength of Accor’s loyalty program, as they allow confirmed suite upgraded.
But Accor’s customer support and IT are so awful, it erases a lot of their strengths. Just this month alone, I had two stays not posting at all. If it were an Ibis booking, I wouldn’t bother even reporting it, but it was at Fairmont and Raffles, so a substantial amount of points that were not credited.
And some of the responses I got from customer support in the past, I get the feeling that they hate their customers and enjoy being unhelpful.
