Reviving this thread on VN/VS difficulties.

I recently booked a flight on VN while logged into my VN account, which unsurprisingly caused the booking to populate with my VN frequent flyer number.

However, I would now like to change the frequent flyer number associated with the booking to VS. I tried getting in touch with the helpdesk in Melbourne to get it changed but they've advised that their system comes up with an error 'Frequent Flyer Number Not Found'. Is there a knack to adding a VS frequent flyer numbers on VN bookings that I'm missing, or am I out of luck here?

EDIT - digging around the forums, looks like recognition of VS is broader than just VN and I'll have to sort it at check-in.

VERY BELATED EDIT - I was able to update the frequent flyer number to VS during OLCI.
