Yeah, I REALLY had to get home on that day. Plus, it was a "special" redemption with BA Avios and the MH J flight was gravy anyways.

MH said that they could book me on another OW carrier but there was no availability. They also offered me "A Complimentary Return Business Class Ticket: Valid for the same or an equivalent destination, operated by MalaysiaAirlines, and can be used within the next 6 months." but I live in North America and don't plan on visiting SE Asia for a while. Plus, with their schedule being trimmed until December, who know what would happen.
