Transiting ORD from CLT to HKG on CX J. Flight from ORD to HKG is delayed. Stuck in a third party lounge called Swissport for 7 hrs - essentially a large room with (not enough) chairs and they had to turn away people when reached capacity. Very crowded and noisy; making it v difficult to work. Packet food and can drinks only. No bathroom, let alone showers.

BA has moved to T3 and CX is the only OW airline on T5 - so not likely to improve. Worth taking into consideration when choosing which port to transit.
