I stayed at the Monaco for one night with anniversary free cert. It was a good deal because it was going for 40k points and the cash rate was $395 for the base room. (Generally I see 40k points equal to about $200).

As a Platinum I received a Monte Carlo suite, which is really a junior suite as it's 500 sq ft with a curtain between the living and sleeping area. Nothing to really write home about, the furnishings felt midrange similar to a Sheraton.
Welcome gift with the password was two small alcohol bottles and mixer. Oatmeal from the breakfast was pretty decent. Unfortunately was not in time to try wine hour.

I might come back if there was a good deal, but I probably wouldn't pay rack rate for this and would try another property instead.
