C South is my go to since cubicles are generally available. The conversations around me can be interesting.
Two things.
//rant// Today, I had to wait in line for entry - just a couple of people. Why was there a line? Because both agents were in the process of selling annual memberships - and from what I could hear, success! I'd think a current eligible member should be able to bypass such customers with a quick scan of the boarding pass. (I've seen guests purchasing day passes on a rare occasion, especially at IAD, but a simple process vs. selling an annual membership.) //rant over//
Curious as to food rotation because I had lots of time and no pressures today to observe things. Kitchen came out with fresh pasta, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Existing pasta pan was 2/3 full, existing tomatoes almost full, cucumbers a bit low. Does the kitchen just trash all of that when replaced, or does the kitchen repackage for the next rotation? If the former, what a waste (and a direct cost).
