There was another promo for stays ending by Sept. 8. I remember the date because I had to cut my upcoming stay short by a day to get it to qualify.

The stay was Aug. 3-5, and I see now that I have to wait 8 weeks to follow up, but once the 8 weeks are up I'd like to know the best way to follow up, as I suspect front-line support may be clueless.
