My comments at the time

Once we were well underway the IFM announced that there would be no delivery of pre-ordered buy on board due to a crew shortage, meaning only one person was serving in economy whilst three served the seven rows in the business cabin.

Service standard was very poor this morning. As an example, you can see from the photo the meal being served still wrapped and piled high. The crew were slow to start and slow to serve and somewhat muddled. They were still clearing meal trays well inside the ten minutes to landing warning. Not the worst crew ever but definitely in the bottom 10%.
