I had this recently too. I’m guessing some of this data is cached in the app. If iOS, my own little order of operations for resolving BA app issues is:
- Force-close the app and reopen
- Log out, force-close the app, reopen and log in
- Log out, force-close, switch off iPhone, power back up and log back in to the app
On the latest instance I had of Avios/TP not updating despite the transactions posting, it only refreshed for me after step #3.
Yikes, I would be wanting to smash it with a hammer in frustration by stage 3!
