Hi!

On Aug 24th I had a flight from TBS - VIE - ARN. The flight from TBS to VIE (OS640) was delayed by 19 minutes which made me miss my connection from VIE to ARN (OS311) since the connection time was only 40 minutes. I was re-booked and arrived to my final destination 5 hours later than scheduled. I've claimed compensation under EU 261 and are awaiting their response but from my previous experience airlines sometimes blame extraordinary circumstances even though it's not.

Is there any way to check what the actual reason for the delay was?
