Same thing just happened to me. I got a text alert saying there was a charge to my credit card. At first I thought it was a toll I incurred myself and I was double charged because I knew it charged my personal transponder account. Upon investigation I see the charge was after I returned and I have receipts to prove it. It just so happened to be the same amount. Good news is they didn't charge me for the toll I paid for with my own transponder, so that's working properly at least.

Just emailed both return and tolling receipts to [email protected] so we'll see what happens.

The piece that concerns me was it just a system glitch or did a human knowingly go into my rental record and commit fraud?
My eReceipt says: ReturnDate/Time: AUG19,2024@5:20PM
My Tolling receipt says: Return Date and Time: 8/19/2024 8:20:00 PM
