yes, all LHR does atm for new machines due to the recent (hopefully temporary) restrictions imposed by the government. some airports with new machines are also adhering to the new 100ml liquid but allowing liquids to remain in the bags - NCL and LCY for example.
obviously all old machines around LHR and elsewhere in the UK are liquids and electronics out.
