The LHR service is doing a PSA hop then onwards to LHR.
If FLR have any providers willing to do a de-fuel I’d be surprised but I guess if any small regional airport would support it that would certainly be one given the amount of corporate jet traffic. A very costly business doing it, but more efficient than the offload scenario.
EDIT to add - the density altitude (the altitude in terms of density of air molecules the wings can affect and that the engines ‘feel’) is 2500ft with the temps up at 35C. For an airfield located at 142ft above sea level that is significant enough. Add a 15 knot tailwind and the amount of performance sapped from the aircraft is rather significant.
