I would stay in Club unless you need to be (very) well rested when you land in London. Flight times are approx. 9.5 hours, so if you sleep just 6 hours on the flight you'd be paying £ 500 for 3.5 hours of F. Not worth it IMO - had it been LHR-SFO I would have done it.
