While it was fun during covid, as people missed flying I doubt those restaurant concepts would sell now. Though the price for two hours of Krug free flow was not bad.
I understand some went for Restaurant Honu with miles. Cruise flights would still work in all 4 classes. Not all Japanese want to go to Hawaii. They can enjoy the plane for a shorter flight, live the experience and see Mt. Fuji from high up. 777-300ER at HND was probably more limited. I wouldn't have done it on a Triple. Honu restaurant was a really good idea at the time. Passengers boarded from a remote stand. They enjoyed the airport environment; they could take pictures. They all had a good time. They probably had the Krug on the Honu Restaurant as well for those who booked themselves in First Class.

ANA are keeping it tight and strict. There is no trespassing between decks. I had a friend flying in F while I was flying on the lower deck. I did not get permission to see him during the flight. Friend has an Italian passport. We met after deplaning for customs and immigration. So it is.
