I actually enjoy those seats! Most likely you will also be the first one off the aircraft. Never any issue with "noise from the galley", you can use the lav behind you and there's short way to get snacks from the galley or to stretch out there. You will neither be in the way of anyone if you want to get up or get stuff from your bag. About noise in general; I do actually think most people sit with ANC headphones or buds during the flight and when lights are turned off most people are very quiet so I never see that as an issue. One might also think that as you are the first or last passenger in the row, you might get more attention from the CC.
