all of them are so unempowered with lack of empathy to customers’ situation. Just found out my flight gets cancelled too (i travel on different date), now the agent that I speak to didn’t even bother saying sorry nor apologize for the situation they put us in. Got put on flight requiring overnight stay at KUL and they told me they won’t cover the transit stay since the (return) flight is in a month. Can’t put me on other metal too. So either pay up for a transit stay on my own or cancel the flight - impossible as the outbound flight is day after tomorrow!
