To me, the Paiza Collection felt like what Atlantis The Royal (without the extra glitz of Atlantis The Royal) was trying to go for - a very luxurious casino hotel that felt very much like its own little mini (but still sizable) hotel within a much larger piece of the puzzle. The rooms are very spacious (and the top level suites are incredible), the Club Lounge is very good and the entire experience really starts from arrival at the airport. Everything about it felt top tier quality (unlike Atlantis The Royal which seems to have a few good things, but also many other issues re: hard product). Will be interesting to see how it holds up down the years, but was impressed enough to think about actually staying there next time I'm in Singapore, which I would never have thought I'd consider for Marina Bay Sands.
Incidentally, our clients got a lovely upgrade into the Paiza Suites

Thank you for the insight! This is great news as it sounds like exactly what I'm looking for. I can't imagine how much nicer than the Paiza rooms they could be- I have stayed in the base Sands Collection Premier room, a Studio room, and a City View Suite and thought the hard product in all categories were flawless. The glaring issue with the hotel to me was the soft product, which the Paiza Collection seems to resolve.
If it's alright with you I will contact you next time I'm looking to book MBS. Appreciate your reply!
