What a mess! My husband’s flights has been cancelled twice, first the outbound leg next Thurs then the inbound leg mid Sept.

for the outbound leg, we managed to get an agent to put us on JL direct flight NRT-BKK which works out better.

For the return leg, which just got cancelled today, the agent we spoke to said that he can’t put us on another OW metal as it’s still more than 14 days out, AND while on the date we proposed there is actually availability on MH on Business Flex fare, he said that since we bought Business Basic fare he can’t put us on that flight, he can only reschedule us to dates where there is business basic fares available! In IRROPS situation like this? Seriously??

after I insisted that he HAS to get us on that flight, he said he will send request to airport, still waiting for him to call back.. but just a thought, would it be worth waiting another week till 14 days out so we can be put on direct flight on JL instead?
