Is Economy Plus worth it? is a question that has been asked for 20+ years

For a person, 6'00" you will notice the difference but to some $100 is pocket change and for others it is the difference between eating the next week and all shades in between. Only you know your value of comfortable vs having the cash. Besides legspace, you will have more room in case the person in front of you reclines -- such as while eating of using a tablet or computer. Length of flight matters. There are hundreds of opinions in this master thread (and its archive) on the topic, so many opinions to read.

Access to E+ for free is considered one of the most valuable benefits of being an UA elite -- especially for Silver / Golds.
