It's been a long time that I have attempted a BRG with Hilton, but now I have tried again. After filling out the online form I did not receive an email confirmation as it used to be. Is this normal now? Needless to say that more than 48 hours have gone since I filed my claim......
I miss the days they'd reply in 10 minutes. Several day waits are now normal.
