I check bags less than 5% of the time. I check 2 bags less than 2% of the time. I would resent being charged $80 or whatever for a bag with no credit for all the flights I take with no bags. Someone should invent software to allow customers to earn free bag vouchers over time. Best would be transferable vouchers we can gift to family members. That would build loyalty among those infrequent travelers.
I second that. They could always screw with the redemption rate later.

"There’s no work currently underway to change our industry-leading two bags fly free policy."
