In addition many on my FB group are having issues with only 1 segment of a connecting flight being changed. For example on a PEN-KUL-PER booking the PER flight was changed but [not the] PEN flight so it arrives after the PER flight leaves. The CS agent advised that the people should contact CS because [the] booking system isn't very smart.
