It used to be, after heavy travel for 2 years they came to my neighborhood in 1999 and I went enormously out of my way to fly them exclusively even though someone else was picking up the tab. The simplicity, can do attitude, lack of gotcha's and reward program were refreshing. They hooked me in and then slowly changed, the worst was gutting ISP schedules around 2012. Now they are a shell of their consumer friendly selves...
