I assume it's only YYC since the 4Y website still lists the MLL in YHZ, but I don't have an answer yet.

My guess is that AC and LH never signed the agreement for 4Y pax to access the MLL but someone forgot to tell AC's tech people. Or that agreement was always only short-term to cover people who might have booked the YYC-FRA flight when it was still AC metal. Or they intended it to be long-term assuming LH could get out of its contract with Aspire at a reasonable price but they couldn't.

Who knows.
