Absolutely, but the difficulty here is it’s hard to know exactly what to advise. There are various suggestions in this thread but - particularly because of the OTA involvement - there is no ‘obvious’ answer. That’s at least in part why the discussion strays a bit. Hopefully the passengers are sorted by now anyway…
