Vusal Unfortunately the process is a bit opaque. Sometimes they respond immediately and sometimes it takes weeks. I think it is highly dependent upon staffing, your status (if any with the airline) and how many other passengers were affected around the same time.
The general rule is that they will pay all cosmetics and underwear fully and 50% of other clothing purchased, unless you return the clothing to them and then they will fully reimburse the amount.
Once they do respond to your claim they will send you a link and then you will be able to provide the details to where you want the reimbursement sent. With my EU-based account, I received the payment the same or next day after completing the details.
