Globalist stay, 4 days, no upgrades. High level (13th fl) ‘view’ room didn’t really have much of a view. Fine bed, really lacking in basic amenities (no glasses for water? really?).

The worst part was the fragrance pumped into the lobby. Absolutely disgusting. It smelled like axe body spray. The breakfast is decent — globalists get vouchers and the food was quite good. Decor is a level below or on par with Hyatt House depending on what you are used to there. Great location. Probably would stay with another brand downtown next time simply because of the fit and finish, amenities and the... odor.
