Call back and read it to them if necessary, and if they don’t know how to do it, find someone who can. Or better yet - why not redeem yourself on AA.com?

Did all the above. You can not do it only since it the PNR has 3 minors. I spoke with 3 EXP Desk Supervisors. It is a glitch in the system.
