Stayed for 1 night last week on points as a Titanium. Originally booked in March for 79k points but rebooked in late May for 55k points. Tried to apply a NUA last minute because I still had a number of unused even though the options were just rooms with better views. NUA did not clear and at check-in they apologized but said not to worry as they had upgraded us to a deluxe suite. The room and the hotel was stunning and they had no problem giving a 2pm late checkout (which is what we asked for).
