I agree with everyone else advising against making the complaint so long and that it shouldn’t be sent to the top.

In addition, you need to be more specific about what compensation you want. Just saying that you “kindly ask for compensation” isn’t good enough. Specify a reasonable dollar amount in a refund or travel certificate that makes sense.
