With Swiss from/to Singapore I got the points (in business). With Austrian from Vienna to Tokyo, however, I got nothing so far. Can you please help on that and also clarify if also Swiss/LH are supposed to get extra points for the connection to Tokyo?

Flying with Vienna to Tokyo should be eligible for the extra points, which should be added to your account automatically. If this does not happen, please get in touch with our colleagues from Miles & More. Swiss and Lufthansa flights to Tokyo are not eligible for the bonus program. They are only eligible for flights to Beijing, Shanghai Hongqiao International, Singapore, Hong Kong, Buenos Aires, São Paulo and San Francisco.
